「Enjoyable stay. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location (as promised) close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen had all needed items and large enough to easily allow meal preparation. Host was highly responsive to questions.Only survey question that was hard to respond to since it was not part of our stay was the “winery experience” - gave a “3” rating when a N/A would be more appropriate! 」

「This is an absolutely wonderful studio apartment that is very spacious, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. It is just steps from the beach and the patio is charming. Pool is as warm even in October. Check in and out was easy and the gist was kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again. 」

「Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that...

「Shorebirds 132 is a fabulous unit with a stupendous, panoramic ocean view. We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before but this one outshines all past visits. Inside, the furnishings are fresh, clean, and very attractive. The gorgeous kitchen had everything we required to prepare most all our meals there - more time to soak up the view.As for our host, Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we texted with a few questions.Note: the third floor requires going up one flight of stairs, so there’s more...

「Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay.」
