「The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.」

「This place was so good for a weekends get away. It was very dusty inside, under the couch and head boards was layers of dust. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. Everything else was soo nice we will stay there again」

「This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!」
