「The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.」

「Perking was easy and a very convenient location for that area north of the UT campus.」

「Was great for my quick stay, great room, communicative host and when I accidentally left something at the property the host worked with me to get my stuff back. 」

「Great apartment in a great location! Was perfect for graduation! Property was clean. Had a little issue with the parking passes that was fixed quickly with great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again! Didn’t need to cook, just head out to the food trucks around the corner on 26th Street!」

「It was the right location for us. The place was adequate, no frills or extras. Could have been cleaner. There were some misplaced utensils, towels. Stains on the rug and sofa. All and all it served our need but we will probably look for something a little nicer in the future. 」

There was a small issue with the automated checkin message but Ames was very communicative and helpful and I was in very quickly. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet spot near downtown」
