"Hotel was nice. Booked a king bed studio suite through Expedia but the hotel overbooked and had to downgrade us. First tried to put us in a room with 2 small beds but after talking with front desk able to get us a king bed at least, but not the suite we paid for. Overall place was clean and quiet. No complaints about the facilities itself. "

"It was a bit expensive. However, you get what you pay for and I mean this in such a great way. The location was safe, great food options nearby, etc. The guest services reps at check in and check out were friendly. No loud noise heard throughout the night, nice spacious rooms and bathroom. I didn’t notice any stains, dirt, etc. Hotels.com rates were cheaper than booking directly through the hotels website. Plenty of parking space also. "

"We love staying at the Wynfrey Hotel, mainly because it is attached to the mall that my 5-year-old wants to be at 24/7, but the actual hotel itself is outstanding! Rooms are always super clean, and the staff is always courteous and helpful, but on this particular trip we had to wait over two and a half hours after our "promised check-in time at 4 pm." I understand they had a big group of people check-in at once, but it was a bit ridiculous having a lobby full of guests waiting for rooms and...
