「Súper bien」

「Buen servicio y limpieza」

「Personal de Front Desk muy amables y serviciales Igualmente el personal de la piscina y de los barres.」

「The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back.」

「I like about the environment and the pool. It would be nice if there is convince store or reasonable restaurant.」

「Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved.」

「La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado」

「Everyone was so polite and helpful」

「The ocean views from our Cabana side room were lovely. We enjoyed the staffed pool and hot tub almost every day. The location is great for catching quick rides to Old San Juan, or nearby beaches. Also great are all the beaches, restaurants and shops that are walkable.」

「Our bed was beside a wall of the elevator.. kept us awake all week long! Not good. Sliding doors in room were very hard to open. Outlet in bathroom kept breaking.. a 12 oz drink was $14+ breakfast was $22+ just eggs and HF .. pretty expensive」

「The room when we walked in smelled like old mildew. We notified the front desk when we checked out and the housekeeper was extremely rude to myself and wife when we had asked for a few towels considering we did not want our room cleaned during our day of two days, she rolled her eyes and said things in Spanish that was very rude not realizing that I speak Spanish fluently and I don’t believe she realize that. That was completely uncalled for.」
