「Great stay, staff great」

「有料だが駐車場があり街の主要な観光ポイントから徒歩圏で便利。部屋や施設は古いが清潔感あり。部屋にテレビ、湯沸かし器あり。 部屋は決して広くく、古い臭いもするのでゆっくりと部屋での滞在を楽しむには不向き。 フロントスタッフは親切。ただお勧めのシーフードのお店を紹介して欲しいといったところ、提携の和食屋さんだった。地元料理を期待していたので、チョット残念だった。料金とのバランスはとれている。」

「The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others.」

「宿泊の予約以降は、予約内容の確認や変更、タクシーの予約などはホテルと直接、英語のメールで行いましたが、きめ細かに、かつ無駄なく対応してくれました。チェックイン時から対応が的確、親切で、どの従業員さんも笑顔が絶えず、利用して本当に良かったです。実は、家族の一人が電車の網棚にリュックを忘れてきてしまったのですが、受付の方が親切に鉄道会社と交渉してくれ、ホテルに届けてもらうことができ、パスポートなどの貴重品が無事だったという経験もしました。ビジネスライクなホテルも多い中、親身になって適切に対応してくれるホテルはなかなかないかと思います。部屋も広く、インテリアもセンスよく、清潔、快適で癒やされました。イングリッシュガーデンや施設なども美しく清潔で、周辺の景観の素晴らしさと相まって、最高の滞在でした。是非また滞在したいと思います。」

「Small funky hotel. Good vibes and good location 」

「Lovely hotel, lovely room, friendly staff. Recommend to book the three course menu (changes regularly) for dinner at the hotel. I had venison ragout and rack of lamb as main and both were superb. Dinner room is a cosy place, good wine list. Dinner was preceded by some drinks at the hotel bar which, for the size of the hotel has an excellent selection of spirits at very good value-for-money prices. You select your breakfast choices in the evening from an offer ring of various fresh juices, tea...

「アットホームな雰囲気のゲストハウスでした。朝食もおいしかったです。ドアの鍵の閉め方を確認していたら様子を見にきてくれて、親切に対応してくれました。」

「ここは素晴らしいですよ。まるで、コーンウォールの隠れた宝石のようなところで、スティーム・サウナ、ジャグジー、プールなどでゆっくりとくつろぐことができます。その上エクササイズ室も充実しています。バトミントンもできますよ。もちろんゴルフもできますそれから小さな子どもたちが室内や室外で遊べる施設もあります。なんといっても、自炊ができるというのがいいですね。お部屋によっては川や草原が望めるところもあります。」
