「The staff was incredible. Victor, Jesus, Omar India. We’re all absolutely amazing.! They really made our trip. Alejandro was amazing promises kept! The hotel in general did not meet my expectations on a few fronts: hot tub was tepid at best and mostly cloudy. No jets to speak of. Pool was very warm and not as refreshing as I would have liked. Housekeeping, well let’s just say that they need to learn how to Housekeep. The rooms were clean however things were not replenished, sheets were not...

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「Great location in Old San Juan with plenty to do. Owner was very helpful with accommodations, answering questions. Cold AC, warm and cold water. No issues at all. Would recommend to all, well priced.」
