「Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming」

「The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.」

「Great place to stay with very helpful staff who helped us with dinner reservations and a ride to the airport. The ride was a fixed price of 70€ and was easy to use. Thank you Mari for everything!」

「The room located perfect place to explore colosseum and owner was kind help to guide/arrangement. Will stay next visit to Rome」

「In a great location with lots of dining and shopping options. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The property is classic and authentic. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker or tea kettle in the room. The shower is about the size of a US phone booth. The staff was very helpful.」

「The hotel was very clean and has wonderful design inside. Location is very convenient to access Vatican and airport shuttle bus stop. Laila welcomed us with good smile and was very kind and helpful. I really recomend this hotel.」

「The room was great and the staff were incredible. Thank you so much!」

「Great location and reasonable!」
