Laura is amazing at what she does. The cleaning staff is also so friendly. Literally steps from the Colosseum. I would wake up and just open my window and admire it. I highly recommend here. Will be back. .

A very comfortable bed to sleep in after such a busy day, a very clean bathroom, a pleasantly cool room temperature, and a view of the Colosseum that is simply priceless. Laura the property manager was excellent and she even stayed in direct contact throughout the planning of our trip through what's app. Laura was top notch and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile and made arrangements for pickup from the airport to the BnB and cruise terminal. Our room was conveniently located with a fantastic view of the Colosseum. It was comfortable and clean. Many restaurants and attractions were within minutes of walking distance. We would highly recommend this location!

Loved Laura! She communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. There was a marathon that blocked all roads whrn we were leaving and she made a special trip on a Sunday to ensure we could connect with our driver and actually led us to each other using our Whats App and the Italian language! Room was very large compared to others in Rome, huge bathroom and shower, and with a view of the Colosseum. 3 Restaurants on bottom level but so quiet. Metro, bus, 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Great location right across the road from the Colosseum and a Metro. Two handy restaurants on either side of the entrance make it an ideal location. The host can’t do enough to help and make the stay pleasant.

Nos quedamos ya 2 veces y volveremos ahí de nuevo! La ubicación es increíble! Justo frente al Coliseo! Mágico! Cercano a tiendas, restaurantes, Fontana de Trevi, Pantheon, las Basílicas etc… puedes caminar a todas partes. Laura la Manager del hotel, es una joya! Vá mas allá de la eficiencia y hospitalidad. The Colosseo Panoramic Rooms located directly across from the Colosseum and within walking distance of several major attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and numerous shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a lovely view of the Colosseum from our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a perfectly sized bathroom. Our host, Laura, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided clear, step-by-step guidance on using public transportation to reach our destinations. On our final day, she arranged reliable car service to take us to the cruise port. I highly recommend Laura and her property for anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Laura! Linda

From the booking of the trip to leaving this amazing and historic building with a view of the Coliseum across the street, and the wonderful, responsive, helpful and gracious representative, Laura, this was a perfect accommodation. Great place to stay.

The location, the hosts, and the comfort were all amazing. The hosts were fantastic about communicating what ever we needed to know, to allow for an enjoyable and easy stay. And it really is as close to the Colosseum as advertised.

Great apartment directly in front of the colosseum! From the window you could have a perfect view. The apartment is breaking down, shower head doesn’t have enough pressure.also, since there is no shower curtain water goes everywhere which is making the door of the bathroom have mold:breaking down from water damage. I would stay again, just needs to be maintained. Also the AC is AMAZING.
