Trullo Fantastico is a traditional trullo set in the quiet countryside of the Valle d’Itria, surrounded by ancient olive trees and dry-stone walls. The setting feels peaceful and rooted, shaped by nature and long-established rural rhythms.



Carefully restored by local craftsmen, the trullo preserves its original character while offering simple, contemporary comfort. Outdoors, the garden unfolds gently around the house, with a private swimming pool, shaded gazebo, and spaces designed for relaxed time outside. In spring, the trees bloom naturally; in summer, fruit can be picked directly from the garden.



The kitchen is modern and practical, making everyday cooking easy. When you feel like dining out, the historic trullo town of Alberobello is within comfortable reach, along with other villages and landmarks of the area.



Trullo Fantastico is well suited to couples or small families who wish to experience Puglia at a calm, unhurried pace — between countryside living and gentle exploration.

The trullo includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.



Outdoors, a patio with dining table and chairs opens onto the pool area, with a barbecue nearby for relaxed meals. The outdoor spaces are designed to be lived in slowly, following the rhythm of the day.

Our feedback on the villa

Trullo Fantastico is a lovely renovation, in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wine and local products. However, on our arrival there were a number of things that we expected to be there and they weren’t. Obviously how you furnish your home is entirely your decision, this list is just meant to be helpful. 1. Kitchen linen - tea towels, oven gloves & kitchen towel 2. Cleaning equipment - dustpan and brush, mop (we would have also said a broom but there was one outside at the back), more powerful vacuum cleaner (we cleaned it but still couldn’t get a good pull). We had a dog and it rained 3 times heavily so we had to clean the floor by hand. 3. Cleaning products - there was no washing-up liquid or any cleaning products. This meant we had to head out to the shops immediately after we arrived. 4. Chopping board - there appeared to be only a bread board. 5. Salt & pepper - there was 8g of salt but that didn’t go far. 6. Bedding - The double bed was a bit chilly, as there was no duvet. The single beds had duvets but with no covers and they were a bit stained. We wondered how they had been sanitized, between guests? We also both would have welcomed better pillows. The pillows are very thin/soft and lumpy for sleeping on. Plus, the bed heads are metal bars - so it is difficult to get comfortable sitting up in bed. 6. There was no conversion plug for an English plug and we had asked if they would be available - we were told they were in the villa.

Trullo Fantastico, exactly that!

Trullo fantastico is exactly what the name says, a fantastic place, a romantic hideaway from everything. We very much enjoyed our lazy days at the pool, absorbing the calm and serenity of the olive trees around us. The villa is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. Gas oven, air condition, floor heating, a pellet oven, two bath rooms, two cozy couches in the actual trullo for that afternoon reading session. Nothing more to wish for. Leonardo of pugliaparadise.com is not only a very fine guy, but the perfect host, 24/7 that is. He welcomed us with a package of lovely local products, gave us instructions and valuable tips on restaurants and shops and went the extra mile to even find a fitness bicycle for us. Grazie mille for making our holidays perfect! We‘ll be back!!

Truly perfect place to stay in Puglia

Our family of 5 have just returned from a wonderful week in Trullo Fantastico. In addition to being very comfortable and clean, it was a treat to stay in such a beautifully converted trullo. Leandro, our villa specialist, was very welcoming and extremely helpful and the location of the house was perfect, giving us access to Monopoli, Matera and Alberobello - all well worth a visit. We would thoroughly recommend Trullo Fantastico, from the generously sized pool, to the welcome pack of delicious local food, lovely toiletries and very comfortable beds. Thank you Leandro and team.

Villa und Urlaub Fantastico

Mein Mann, mein Sohn und ich haben einfach wunderschöne Tage in Apulien erlebt. Apulien bietet so viel: wunderschöne Städte mit viel Geschichte (Matera, Lecce, Monopoli, Martina Franca, Alberobello), sehr üppige und vielfältige Landschaft und Natur - es blüten gerade im Juni überall die Mohnblumen - ein rotes Meer und das Meer selbst war auch schon schön warm. Aber ein absolutes Highlight war die wunderschöne Trullo-Villa Fantastico: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Villa mit Flair, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Villa liegt auf einem traumhaft schönen Anwesen mit vielen Olivien und Kirschbäumen. Die Poolanlage lädt täglich ein. Die Villa liegt auf dem Lande, so dass der Wege mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort ca. 15 Minuten dauert. Eine überdachte Terrasse lockt zum Frühstücken und Abendessen draußen. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir der Agenturbetreuung (Puglia Paradise) geben, insbesondere Gracia, die uns beim Buchen von Restaurant half, immer ansprechbar war für Fragen und Empfehlungen ausgesprochen hat. es hat uns Freude gemacht, dass wir so umsorgt waren. Wir kommen wieder.

Trullo Fantastico

The Trullo was very nicely renovated and finished, and set in beautiful countryside. Although the weather was decidedly cool during in our stay we still managed a few swims in the lovely pool, and enjoyed relaxing in the private and spacious outdoor areas. We would definitely recommend the trullo to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable traditional property. Car hire essential though, with the nearest bars and restaurants being over 3 miles away.

Truly Fantastic Stay

Our six night stay at Trullo Fantastico was truly fantastic. Everything from the online booking and correspondence with Massimo, through to the initial reception with Angela from Puglia Paradise, through to check out could not have been easier. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. Angela met us at the Trullo at the appointed time and explained all the details of the villa. She explained some of the local attractions and suggestions for places to eat. She answered all of our questions and always had a quick response to our emails throughout our stay. She was there just before we left to say goodbye and see how our stay was. It was always a pleasure to speak with her. The location of the trullo was quite convenient to three local towns Alberobello, Castallana Grotte and Putignano (+/- 15 min to each) and with just a little more driving all the towns in the area including those on the coast. The trullo itself was clean and well equipped and the pool was very inviting. We swam into late September. The rural setting with its single lane roads was very peaceful and added to the charm. Trullo Fantastico is a little Gem!

This was our 1st time to Puglia. We very much enjoyed 12 super days enveloped in this beautiful place surrounded by olive trees in relaxing privacy. Angela our rep from Puglia Paradise could not have been more kind and helpful answering our many questions and booking us child friendly restaurants to ensure we had good experiences. Highlights of our holiday were exploring ‘Polignano a Mare’, supping Primitivo wine at sunset whilst watching the swallows swoop and dive the beautiful swimming pool and later in the evening bat spotting whilst listening to the cicadas and owls. Our twin daughters age 7 most enjoyed the local cave tour, eating Pizza + ice cream and made excellent use of the Trullo’s swimming pool. We felt very sad to say good bye to such a special place. Perfekt ausgestatteter, sehr schöner Trullo in ruhiger Lage

Ideale Location, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Meer und die typischen Ausflugsziele des Valle d'Itria sind innerhalb ca. einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Der eigentliche Trullo ist sehr schön renoviert, die Anbauten fügen sich harmonisch ein, für vier Personen ist das Haus ideal dimensioniert (sechs Schlafplaätze gibt es). Es gibt alles, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Großes, nicht einsehbares Grundstück mit wunderschönem, gepflegtem Pool. Zum nächsten Supermarkt braucht man etwa 10 min.. Das Haus wird von der Agentur "Pulia paradise" betreut. Die Organisation und Information vor der Reise war perfekt, die Kommunikation immer ausgewählt freundlich. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir eine direkte Ansprechpartnerin namens Angela, die uns auch im Trullo am Anreisetag empfing (mit ersten essentiellen Nahrungsmitteln und Wasser). Angela ist ein wahrer Engel; immer ansprechbar, immer sofort reagierend, außerordentlich hilfsbereit und ein äußerst netter, sympathischer Mensch. Angela wie auch die überwiegend sehr freundlichen Einheimischen sind wesentliche Faktoren bei einem gelungenen Urlaub. Als Nachteil wäre höchstens der sehr schmale Anfahrtsweg zu nennen. Und: der Mietpreis ist in der Objektkategorie sicher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt.

Tolles Haus und super Service

Wir haben in diesem schönen, abseits gelegenen Trullo 10 wunderbare Tage im Mai verbracht! Der Service von Puglia Paradise ist super. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein Essenpaket mit einigen Dingen für Frühstück/Mittagessen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und toll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und wunderschön! Mit einem GPS Navi kann man das Haus einfach finden, die Strassen sind asphaltiert, aber schmal. Nachbarn bemerkt man kaum, das Grundstück riesig mit Oliven- und Kirschbäumen (lecker) und nicht einsehbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!
