The location is excellent, close to restaurants and transport, and check-in was smooth. We didn’t opt for breakfast, as it felt a bit pricey for a buffet. It would be helpful if the hotel offered dog beds in different sizes. Parking is limited to about five basement spots, though there’s a garage next door. Street noise—cars and occasional singing—was noticeable at night. The pet fee was €35, and parking was €40 extra. At the restaurant, Martina seemed to be trying to be polite, but we noticed with other guests as well that her demeanor felt a bit impatient or strained. A little more warmth would have made the experience more consistent with the rest of the team."
