トレビの泉まで徒歩2〜3分という抜群の立地で、観光にも大変便利でした。ホテル周辺は治安も良く、近隣にはレストランも多数あり、夜の散策も安心して楽しめます。 ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしく、常に笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださいました。 併設レストラン「Anava」のスタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルで使用しているオリーブオイルを特別に譲っていただいたり、近くのおすすめレストランを紹介していただいたりと、細やかな心配りに感動しました。 空港からホテルまでの送迎サービスも非常に快適で安心できました。 またローマを訪れる際は、必ずこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。

An amazingly great(!) boutique hotel in the centre of Rome, so close to everything. The rooms are modern, well maintained, clean, comfortable and spacious. Soundproofing is good. One caveat, is we originally had a 5th floor balcony room at the hotel rear, but the constant noise from a zillion heat pumps around the inner area was a bit much. So we we were gladly reaccomodated to room 402 on the front, which turned out to be excellent over our nine nights stay. Room 404 would be similar, but 401/402 are opposite the elevator. Street noise was minimal during sleeping hours, never an issue. Some temporary roof reconstruction is happening across the corner, which begins between 6am and 7am weekdays. The staff were superb, and especially Oao and Isabella at breakfast each morning. We opted for the buffet in our room rate, and found it a heavenly way to get going each day. We walked almost everywhere from our hotel base, in all directions. The Trevi Fountain is literally just around the corner, and the Pantheon only slightly further than that. Many, many other grand museums, churches, and other noteworthy attractions are within a 10min walk, and St. Peter's was about 30 minutes of meandering through wonderful parts of central Roma. The Bourghese Gallery was a similar distance. Highly recommended base for exploring ancient Roma!

The room was clean and spotless. The entire hotel was decorated beautifully. The front desk staff was very hospitable. No complaints and we would definitely stay here again. The patio on the Junior Suite was great!

Pleasant stay, the room is small but it’s super nice. We got a balcony during January and honestly not worth it because it was a bit too cold to be out there but if you’re going during the summer definitely get it. There’s no crazy view from the balcony but it’s nice. The staff is also really nice and helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and honestly a walkable distance to any big attraction if you don’t mind a 10-20 minute walk. It’s also about 5 minutes from a bus stop so if you don’t like walking there’s that too!

First off, the location was of this hotel was excellent. It is close to the Trevi fountain, the pantheon, and other sites. The hotel itself is narrow and cramped. The front staff did try to be as pleasant as possible. The room itself was of acceptable size. It was billed as a “Jr suite“. But we were still cramped inside the room. The room had a balcony, which was really cool. The bathroom was very nice. It had a lot of closet space and a sofa, which was nice. But the bed was so hard as to qualify as a torture chamber. It was extremely unpleasant to sleep on. You may have a different experience. But for me, it was torture. There were other problems as well. The duvet cover on the bed was clearly dirty when we walked into the room. It is something that is easily fixed, but the staff seemed very confused by such a basic concept. But they did finally get it. Otherwise, the door to the room had a tendency not to lock. Even though the door closed and latched, you could push it open. I had to close the door multiple times, like three different times, and test it each time to finally get it to properly close. That was very unacceptable. Also, the gym at this establishment is frankly somewhat pathetic. It was in a very small room with a treadmill, an exercise bike, and some weights crammed in there. It was unacceptable for even a basic workout. Last thing I will say is that the breakfast was fairly good. So that was a positive. But I likely would not stay at this hotel again.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the very first moment, the staff was beyond amazing, warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, our booked chauffeur was not present when we arrived. We should have taken an UBER. When we received our room later in the day, it turned out that it in no way matched the pictures shown on their website. We had booked a deluxe room, which in the photos has two large doors to a balcony, a small table with chairs, and more floor space. That is NOT what we got. An extremely disappointing start to our honeymoon. The hotel said that "not all rooms are the same"… which would have been okay if the size and standard were the same, which they were not. Additionally, there were large stains on the carpet, the faucet fixture was loose on the sink, and the sealant in the shower was coming off. If you book a room here, make sure you get what you paid for. We certainly didn’t.
