Room Staff and Breakfast were great. Asked for ground floor room and 1 couple in the group had mobility issues and were placed at the highest level in the hotel with very tiny elevator that wife was not comfortable using. Asked to be given another room but could not be accommodated. Restaurant not open on the day we were there. Breatfast over at 9:30am which is too early when you are on vacation and previous day was a very long travel day so needed a more relaxing morning.

I liked that the rooms were big and clean What was odd is the way the bathroom was designed the bidet and toilet were right opposite each other which was very awkward and there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom The staff was helpful and breakfast was good The hotel is further away from Rome city center across the river so book accordingly

Other than the elevator doors which need to be closed manually for next person it’s a very nice hotel and the rooms on the right side are spacious and have balconies. Breakfast is reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was solid. Room was large and spacious - perfect for a family base. I was concerned about location being too far from center of Rome but being on the tram line (with temporary bus currently) connected it well, whilst taxi was 20-30 euros if needed.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. This is not close to the main attractions - we needed 20-25 min taxi to get to city center. However we were only coming in to fly out the next morning, so this was not our purpose. Easy ride to airport in early morning.

Villa Zaccardi foi uma grata surpresa! Apesar do hotel ser mais distante do centro, os ônibus são de muito fácil acesso e chega-se em qualquer lugar em 30 minutos. Além disso, toda a estrutura do hotel é impecável com uma equipe muito solícita e educada! O restaurante ao lado do hotel é maravilhoso, mas além disso, restaurantes da redondeza também são ótimos e super locais. Vale muito a experiência!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zaccardi and felt it offered excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in two hours early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings thanks to the excellent restaurant downstairs. It creates a cosy, relaxed vibe that’s perfect after a day of sightseeing. The location was ideal for us, as we mainly wanted to explore western Rome, the Vatican City, Trastevere, and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Villa Zaccardi to anyone looking for great comfort, peaceful rest, friendly service, and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.
