"The is an absolutely lovely hotel. The neighborhood cannot be beat. So much great food and a very local vibe. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"The best part of the this hotel was the rooftop breakfast. The selections were excellent, and the staff were friendly, and attentive, and keep the tables, and food all in order, and well stocked. Cappuccino from their coffee machine was excellent! The location was good for getting to the buses, and metro quickly. The air conditioning was good and kept the room at good temperature. But I would recommend staying further away from the main train terminal. The area was just too busy, and too loud even with the windows closed. It didn't always feel safe when stepping outside. The room had very large scuff marks on the walls, and could use a good deep clean. The room was not as large as pictured in their own photos. I would recommend spending a bit more and going at least 2-3 blocks from the main terminal in any direction. Or find another hotel near another metro stop. There were some restaurants nearby, but more further away. stayed April 2026."

"Very convenient location when using Roma Termini station, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had high hopes for this being a relaxing place to spend my last night in Italy before flying out the next morning, but unfortunately our room was not comfortable. The entry area smelled strongly of urine, the room remained humid and musty despite having the air conditioning on or the window open a bit. Only one bottle of water in the fridge for two travelers. While there was information about the WiFi login in the lobby and elevator, this information was not posted anywhere in the room. And there were only 2 easily accessible plugs in the room for 2 people to charge their devices used while traveling. The hotel has potential but could use some upkeep."

"The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful giving recommendations on where to go eat and visit. Patrick in particular was excellent and even recommended times to go visit places to avoid crowds. Breakfast is included and has a big variety of foods. If you’re going on an early excursion or tour, they offer to pack your breakfast to go. The staff accommodates to anything you need- extra blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. I highly recommend this place! "

"The room itself was clean, the bathroom was large and clean as well. But the door and the corridor walls were dirty and created a poor impression overall. The water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the toilet doesn’t flush very well. Maintenance is poor overall. If you pull the knob of the closet door it will come off in your hands. Noise is a problem as well. Because the hotel is next to a busy street you hear the sirens of emergency vehicles every 20 minutes. The thermostat worked well, unlike some other hotels we stayed in, the room does get cold if we turn the thermostat down. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. Definitely not worth the price given the poor maintenance."
