The room is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent. Very walkable with lots of food options nearby (including an amazing Italian restaurant right across the street and down the stairs). We'll definitely be back.

Perfect! Clean, and comfy. Very well maintained. The host was welcoming and so helpful. Walking distance to the market, restaurants and metro. My husband and 2 teens stayed 4 nights while touring Rome and Vatican city. I would absolutely stay again.

Great place in the city

The property comfortably accommodated my family. It is located conveniently next to the Colosseum and numerous restaurants. The tour bus is also a walks away and easy to commute to the city center. The property has a washer and a hanging rack to hang dry your clothes. Checking in and getting the necessary information to get in the property is a little bit tricky if you don't have WHATSAPP. Luckily my wife has the app and we were able to get the information needed to get in the room.

Very clean with plenty of space including a big shower. Our host was wonderful with communication and assistance. We really enjoyed our staff, our only minor issue was figuring out the AC. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others.

I was traveling with my 2 daughters, Son in law and my 10 month old granddaughter! The place was just what we were hoping for. The location was top notch and the amenities were nice as well! They had waters,coffee, and other things like that to give us a start. I will stay here again and I have recommended it to friends already

Location was good, close to everything. Spacious and easy to access. Comfortable beds. Very safe place. Good communication. Something I would recommend improving is the wifi since the router is located in one of the bedrooms and does not provide good coverage in the living room are or the other room.

Great location, clean, plenty of room, large bathroom and shower, separate bedroom, 2 smart TVs, 4 chair dining table, 2 sofas (1 size of twin bed) lots of storage, thick walls, good security system, nice kitchen with accessories, quiet except for neighbors heavy door closing, convenient trash bins on entry floor. Slight negatives were no real window view, a couple blocks further out from active street, and hot water for 3 may be limited.

Great room in a fabulous part of town! We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only little quirks we found were figuring out how to work the shower handle to change the location of the water (rain shower head or handle, etc.) and I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo + conditioner as we...

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb!

The owners of the apartment allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving at 9:00 and check in at 3:00. They showed us the apartment and how to use the special key. They were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We loved having the market and multiple places to eat right outside of our door. Italy was beautiful and the owners made it easy for us.

Amazing location: great neighborhood near most sites to visit (walking distance), nice breakfast and lunch places nearby, safe and quiet. The room was clean and it has everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.
