"Customer service needs improvement. The breakfast was advertised until 10:00 a.m. in a brochure and ended at 9:00 a.m. Hallways were hot and heating and cooling needs an upgrade. Only had 1/2 of toilet paper roll in room and no effort to fill it. Bought our own. Will not return."

"You have to pay separate to park in their lot, I booked a King and they didn’t have one when I got there, had to go with two queens. The elevator not work correctly. Their card reader rejected my credit card four times because it was not working properly. Suit yourself, but I will not be staying here again"

"I stayed at the Extended Stay America at 4060 Center Park Drive and the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. After traveling since 3 AM, they gave me keys to the wrong room, which led to me accidentally trying to enter someone else’s room — embarrassing and completely avoidable. The hallway had trash on the floor, and the correct room smelled so bad I had to buy a deodorizer just to tolerate it. The TV was a hit or miss and eventually stopped working, and the bed felt like a flimsy cot. Noise was an issue too — I had to call the front desk at 1 AM because the people above me were stomping nonstop. Then checkout was just as frustrating. I was told I’d get my deposit refund email after housekeeping finished at 8:30 AM, but even after 5 PM nothing came. I had to call them myself while traveling all day just to get the email they should’ve sent automatically. This trip was important to me, and the hotel added stress at every turn. Some kind of consideration for all the trouble would’ve been appropriate."

"Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of items. Front Desk Staff, Hosts/Hostesses and everyone on staff that we met was wonderful and friendly. Coffee shop staff (especially Faith) were amazing! Food and coffee was great! We recommend upgrading your stay to the Castle or Pink house of Eagle Lodge for a better experience than the simple motel rooms. We highly recommend this stay - hiking trails were wonderful and so close to Garden of the Gods. This was an idyllic and spiritually refreshing stay! THANK YOU!! "

"This property is run down and dated, but we found it clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was actually quite good and had several hot and cold choices. Small inconvieniences were that the hot tub was out of order and we didn't know that ahead of time and the batteries were not installed in our safe. Staff was friendly all around."
