We arrived late evening but were greeted immediately by very friendly staff. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. A different but equally friendly staff member greeted us as we returned from a concert and late dinner. Checkout was easy with a third friendly staff member.

I always like staying at Holiday Inn's. The only complaint during this stay was the parking lot is extremely small.

Heads And Shoulders Above the Rest

Best hotel ever! I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. I loved the layout of the rooms and even though I had to cut this trip short the next hotel I stayed at did not even hold a candle to this place! And they are a world renowned hotel!! I'll stay here again for sure.

This hotel was one of the nicest I've stayed in. It was clean, they had a good breakfast (like hot food-sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, and quite a bit more), the staff was all very friendly too. The pool was very small though if you like swimming at hotels.

We ran out of toilet paper, even though cleaning services had already been through. Then the lady at the front desk was very grouchy with us when she brought some to the room. The pool area was dirty and very noisy. It was next to our room. We had to keep our blinds closed because the outdoor area to the pool was right outside our room. The breakfast was very cold one morning.
