I would highlight the staff of the hotel most of all as being friendly, involved, respectful, understanding, polite, and appropriate. - - - I am a traveler who presents as an adult aged woman of color, I felt welcomed in the Santa Teresa. There was zero being questioned about my stay. There was no being treated as if I were expected or encouraged to leave. No one, not fellow guests nor staff, questioned me nor made me feel unwelcome. My stay was divine. I will stay here the next time I travel to this area. I will recommend the Santa Teresa to anyone and I strongly encourage you to stay there."
