"Joanna at the front desk was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best celebration of my birthday. The rooftop is beautiful and the location is perfect and right in the middle of the old city about a 15 minute walk from Getsemaní. The room was clean and the AC ran the entire time. Rainfall shower heads with hot water availability. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage there and I’d say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The pool is clean and the food is incredible. I would stay here again no doubt. Joanna en la recepción fue la mejor absoluta. Se esforzó al máximo para asegurarse de que tuviera la mejor celebración de mi cumpleaños.
