I had the best experience at Terrazas Hotel Boutique. Their exceptional hospitality, and a safe and secure environment were the best parts. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast offered was just enough to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Cartagena. It is located across from the walled city and other sights. Thank you for making my stay special.

The room was great — really big and clean. The place is perfectly located right in front of the Clock Tower. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can get a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might notice it. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and we were happy to stay here.

Great place to stay in Cartagena just a few steps away from the walled city center. Good view of the city center tower area from hotel room balcony. Felt very safe. Attentive staff. Hotel is on the 5th floor. Guard on the 1st floor let's you in and you take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Room was clean and good breakfast.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the room was lovely and very big. We had a delux room with a balcony and hot tub. Balcony and view were great, however the hot tub had cold water only, so was cold too sit in it. Housekeeping did not service our room on the second day, we're not sure why as we were out all day. One thing to note is that entrance to the hotel is in a high rise building with a doorman and no sign mentioning the hotel name. The exterior is not very attractive and it smells outside. However, once in the hotel and room, it's lovely.

Loved the property and its location, very friendly staff/Julie and host/Mary and Lety. The place had an amazing view to the clock tower and the port. Everything, including restaurants, shops, museums, etc was within walking distance. The place was clean, modern/new, and comfortable.

I cannot express how excellent it was, the attention that the staff provided. It was my husband's bday and to our surprise, when we got back to the room we found a beautiful balloon arrangement! What a great detail! Communication was excellet, 100% and on point! If I ever come back to Cartagena, I will not stay anywhere else but here. As far as everything else, the location was excellent. We were right at the entrance of the historic center by the tower clock and within a short walking distance of Getsemani, a must do! We only had to take an uber the day we went to Boca Grande, the area with the highrise buildings. Congratulations to Terrazas Hotel Boutique for the excellent service

Easy access to the old city, the room was clean, comfortable and it also had an excellent view. The balcony offered me the opportunity to observed and feel the city from the distance. I was able to find and enjoy all the amenities within walking distances.

it’s perfect for a few days it’s clean and the rooms are a good size. but there was nothing in the room extra like shower cap etc the staff was warm and friendly and tried to make my stay comfortable. it is not luxury or 5 star in the least way id say its a 3-4 star at the most.

Stayed for a couple days visiting Cartagena solo. This has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a true hotel. Building is secure and in an excellent location—had a perfect view of the Clock Tower from my balcony. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I like to sleep in on vacation, and breakfast service was right outside my door and can be a little loud. Non-issue for anyone up earlier than me :)

This is an amazing hotel boutique! Nestled right in front of the walled city, it’s the perfect location for access to great restaurants, tourists sites and even the port to take you to several islands. The staff are all very helpful and nice and the building is extremely safe with security personnel and cameras all around. It is a little noisy considering how central it is but it’s not bad. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Cartagena.

Very convenient area near Getsemani , lots of shopping a places to eat . There is no Hotel signage in the front of the building which we were made aware of ,so we have to tell the Uber driver to drop us off at the banks entrance ( hotel lobby is on the 5th floor) the front entrance smelled of urine which is not the hotels fault and a homeless person was sleeping several feet away . The guards at the entrance were very friendly . Otherwise the hotel itself is nice , we had very good breakfast ( although breakfast sitting area is limited and only have 2 tables ) since there were 6 of us and occupied 2 tables ,other guest have to take there breakfast and eat in there room , they did provide them with a tray. Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the clock tower . Only suggestions we have is to put a mirror in the room , the girls have to wait for someone to finish using the restroom to use the mirror.
