From the bellmen to the cleaning crew, the service personnel are fantastic. They do a wonderful job taking care of everything visible to the eye. 「We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach. Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena.」

「The rooms with the hot tub have amazing oceanview. The eating area by the pool have great view. The restaurant food was really good and location to other places is great too. Only thing no parking on property if you have a vehicle.」

「Si desean convivir con cucarachas en su estancia, es el lugar ideal. Desde que llegamos las vimos, le comentamos al administrador por whatsapp y dijo que lo iban a revisar, una noche antes nos preguntó que si todo bien y le volví a comentar acerca de las cucarachas, me dijo que si le hubiera vuelto a escribir, hubiera buscado otro apartamento para mí. No recomiendo el lugar en absoluto. 」

「Property was exactly how they listed it. It has a great view to the ocean ,it’s bright, clean and beautiful. The building is a bit old but the apartment itself is perfect.」
