"Stay was below expectations. Staff were okay, but parking felt unsafe. The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the lift was out of order. The room wasn’t well maintained—small TV and a poorly conditioned hairdryer."

"We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again. "
