We rented a three bedroom house for a whole week. On our arrival the weather was very hot and when we went to ask for a fan they looked at me as if I was asking for the something impossible. They said that they did not have any available as the ones they had where being used. And if so, only 1 fan per property. I had to insist that there is no way we could stand the heat and the next day we was given 1 medium and 1 small fan so you can imagine how 5 of us had to endure the heat especially at night !!! We are in 2023, the weather is changing and as much as it is important to have the rental accommodation with a heating system, you should also have a decent air cooling system in place too !

Mooi maar stijl

Huisje is compleet (twee verdiepingen). Bed was goed. Wordt snel warm boven. De huisjes staan op een vrij stijl terrein dus als je zoals we onderaan een huisje krijgt is het veel trappen lopen (en dat staat nergens vermeld). Zwembad was dicht (in juni…!) voor onderhoud. En er was geen wifi (wel een router maar die werkte geheel niet). Ligt wel aan een heerlijk meertje.

Cadre calme, au bord du lac, belle vue. Balade autour du lac super sympa, et proximité avec des équipements de la commune (terrains de foot/basket, jeux pour les enfants...). Logement assez spacieux, mais piètre qualité des équipements (robinetterie, mal serrée, literie très molle, TV très petite...)

Personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous et la personne que j'ai eue au téléphone n'était pas au courant de ma réservation. Ne captait pas le WiFi. Pas de sac pour mettre les serviettes utilisées. La table de chevet côté gauche du lit non fixée au mur est tombée en pleine nuit etc...

Damp Filthy Dated Smelly Unwelcoming Dump. AVOID!

Stayed here late notice over New Year due to amazing photos and peaceful location. In short, sadly, the photos are staged, false and totally unrepresentative of our dismal experience. Our chalet was dated, filthy and with an infestation of stink-bugs everywhere! All bedding and soft furnishings were stained, tatty, ugly and we just could not bear to stay there a moment longer than the time it took for us to nearly vomit and then rapidly depart. If, howver, your idea of a relaxing holiday is staying in a cold, 1950's Soviet-era styled gulag, then this is definitely the place for you. Oh, and if you have booked through Hotels.com and, on arrival, change your mind about staying there (once you realise you have messed-up and been well and truly had), do not expect to get so much as a penny back as they have simply made up their own terms and conditions so they don't have to refund anything. Recommended for all those who want to have something to either continuously complain about, or deeply regret in hindsight, when going on holiday. Enjoy!
