Reception staff were excellent. Room good. Brown’s restaurant good. Hotel has it’s own car park.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff
The room was small but comfortable and service was good. Breakfast was excellent but the one lady on duty was overstretched - at least two were needed to clear tables, keep food and juices topped up etc.
