「Richtig gepflegtes Hotel mit einer super Aussicht und guter Ausstattung.」

「The staff were friendly and the room was kept very well, however I was suprised that there was no hot water for the last two days of our stay. When the lack of hot water was mentioned the first day, I was told is was not just me, it was the whole hotel, but my concerns were not addressed or taken seriously, plus I felt I was just been brushed off with 'its not just you, the whole hotel has no hot water', so it didn't really matter! Day two without hot water was our last day and we had to pay...

「Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good location. Second stay here and we will be back! Thanks」

「Clean room and hotel. Staff all good and very helpful and courteous at breakfast. Breakfast was as expected. Great for parking 🅿️ albeit one of my days I had to park outside on street as spaces full. Pool area was small with loungers that where mostly in shade if that’s what you want. However I prefer sun ☀️ so struggled to get exactly what I needed. Also didn’t like that although it said no reserving lounges - there was always the same two reserved with towels from early and then during...

「Breakfast awful, no hot water in room for stay. Hot tub had so much chlorine ruined jewellery. No answer to reception or services during stay. Pool filthy. No staff. No assistance with baggage. The smell as you enter the hotels and unclean carpets . Such a shame, it could be a beautiful boutique hotel. But the manager and staff made no excuses or apologies. Don’t go」

「This hotel is rated 4 stars but it is pretty different from normal hotel . It is rather an apartment. So there are kithen , living an bed room. But for a long stay, it is very comfortable and caretaker (yes, kinda staff) are very nice and friendly. There are many things missing and broken, etc. but size of rooms and friendly atmosphere covers everything. We love this hotel. This is our second time stay but we will stay again.」
