"This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"Not a positive stay because of an unusual circumstance at breakfast and after departing property, but worth sharing.The property is a steep but short hike up from bus station, arrange for a ride up if you have luggage. The view is great, rooms are pleasant, check in was fine and a nice, but small pool deck on upper level.
