"This is a quiet place to sleep after a long day at the beach. We stayed in a King Studio room. The A/C worked well, there is a mini fridge & microwave, and the shower was clean and worked well. THAT SAID, this is NOT a resort. Bring everything you will need for your room: coffee maker, coffee, sugar & creamer, cups/mugs/flatware, food (no restaurant or bar on site), extra towels/washcloths, extension cords, dryer, toiletries, clothes hangers, etc. It's bare bones. I didn't see an elevator to the 2nd floor. The pool looked nice & clean, but I didn't experience it firsthand. Imo, they charge way too much for these rooms."

"Our stay at Salty Suites was excellent. The property is steps from the beach or rent a golf cart. The hot tub is well maintained and clean. The cottage is roomy and well stocked and very clean. The view from the porch is unobstructed beach. Communication with the host is perfect and check in a breeze. There are lots of stairs but all properties on the peninsula are on stilts so that’s expected. We definitely recommend this property for your beach stay and we will be back."
