「We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. 」

「Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.」

「The beach at your feet with a perfect cottage to anchor at. Great walking location around you and has to be warmest water on the cape. We only wished we could stay longer! 」
