"Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this resort. However, I must admit that the food was terrible, which unfortunately prevented me from giving it a perfect score of 5/5. One of the most significant drawbacks was the lack of elevators in the area that wasn’t connected to the peninsula. This made it quite inconvenient to move around. On the positive side, breakfast was the only decent meal I had. The food was significantly better outside the resort. I also heard that their elite club offers better food, so you might want to consider checking that out. The resort has many lounges, and they keep it very clean. While this resort is family-friendly, I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay if you’re looking for a lively and exciting experience. It’s more of a relaxing and laid-back resort. However, you do have access to other RIU hotels if you’re looking for a more vibrant and energetic atmosphere."

"We had a great stay at this all-inclusive resort! The pool was fantastic, and being right on the beach made the experience even better. The resort also had great parties and a fun atmosphere, so there was always something going on. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The gym is a little outdated, but it does have the basic machines and weights you need to get a workout in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, beach-front all-inclusive experience."

"I recently returned home from an incredible stay at Paradisus Cancun, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We booked an Ocean View Room with Family Concierge service, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and checked in by Carolina, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of working with our personal concierge, Natalia, who truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. She gave us a thorough tour of the property, ensuring we knew where everything was located, and assisted with all of our dinner reservations and transportation arrangements. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel valued every step of the way. One of the highlights of our trip was the thoughtful surprise Natalia arranged for our anniversary. When we returned to our room after dinner on our final night, we were greeted with champagne, balloons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a special touch and the perfect way to celebrate. The outstanding service extended far beyond the concierge team. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive. We were always greeted with a smile, doors were opened for us, and everyone made us feel like part of the family."

"if you are there for the ocean check via online search the current conditions of the sargassum ahead of time …. at certain times of year the ocean water is brown across moon palace and 100 other resorts unless you go north or to Cozumel"
