"I paid for an upgrade through Expedia and I also paid for another upgrading once I arrive because that Expedia showed were not room. Altogether I paid over $300 for a group review and never got that it literally is the same for you from the garden and the ocean. It should really be called a pool that’s all you get it. Other than that little issue, everything else was 10/10! The staff was amazing. The resort was beautiful. The food was not good, but I feel all inclusive have nasty food."

"We bought the “All Inclusive” which turned out not to be unless you upgraded to the highest level, which was a significant increase in cost. Our All-Inclusive gave you access to about a third of the bars and restaurants, which we should have been made aware of upfront. The staff was great, very helpful, and friendly. The Emergency 24-hour medical folks never answered their door when we rang the bell and knocked. Had a significant laceration and couldn’t get it taken care of. The food was so-so and one of us got food poisoning from an outdoor grill location. One of two very small elevators didn’t work in our building and we were on the 6th floor, to say we got our steps in is an understatement. We won’t be back. "
