Ideally located in the center of Cancale, this house offers a peaceful environment where everything is within walking distance: shopping, beaches, hiking trails, the port of La Houle with its restaurants and oyster markets. The dining room, with its rustic spirit and cherry wood furniture, opens onto the outside. Two lounge areas are at your disposal: one with a television, extending from the dining room, and the other in the veranda, offering an unobstructed view of the garden for moments of relaxation. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. Upstairs, two spacious living areas have been arranged in a mezzanine, one dedicated to games and reading, the other offering an ideal office space for teleworking. The villa Les Chouettes has four large bedrooms with double beds 140x190 and storage space, one on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Two bathrooms equipped with a vanity unit and an Italian shower are available, one on the ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, and one upstairs. Two separate toilets are also present, one on each floor. Garden of the vacation home in BrittanyThe large garden, fully fenced and beautifully wooded, offers a beautiful gravel terrace where you can enjoy your meals in peace or relax on the sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. Please note: Linen is offered as an option for stays of less than 7 nights at a rate of €20 per person (including bed linen and one large and one small towel). For stays of 7 nights or more, linen is included in the rental.
