Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

We had a great time! Grounds are beautiful. Only downside is the 4am rooster wake up calls as the windows even closed don’t keep any sound out. But regardless, we loved our stay!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay during our Waikiki vacation. The property is beautiful and the location is great with it being right on the beach. I felt so welcomed by the staff, they were so friendly and service was impeccable. The amenities were also amazing so many great shops and restaurants including Duke's, which has live music daily. The pool was also really nice but we made great use of the beach. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10 highly recommend.
