Clean rooms, amazing staff like Louise at the front desk who made the vacation special. The location on the beach could not have been better and the peaceful setting around the garden area let us unwind and relax at the end of each day

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

I didn’t like how they made you check your purses and bags before you purchase your tickets for any things. They should allow you to understand and look over the discriptions of the sites and prices and decide if you want to continue to buy tickets to enter before making visitors check their bags in.
