The room was kinda small, bed was comfortable and clean, window view was awful in our room, bathroom had functional facilities but no lock and had noticeable water damage around wooden doorways and trimming. Overall, an average experience. Perfect for easy access to Cambridge and low to average hotel expectations.

I arrived and someone was already in my room, after them being told their room wasn't ready and being put into ours. We were then told that we could go into another room and the room had not even been cleaned. The window also didn’t shut and the door handle had fallen off the window so was very cold thought the night. Will not be returning

The property is run virtually staffless. The is no reception, requests for replenishing towels, toilet roll and toiletries by WhatsApp were ignored. They changed key codes for the bedroom without notification which meant making phone calls just to enter the room. Would not recommend to anyone. It seems more like a student hostel than a hotel. Requests for parking instructions were also ignored meaning we parked in the station carpark at considerable expense.

The room definitely needed a clean, the walls were dirty, the floor was greasy, the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets also did not fit properly, I asked for a replacement but they didn’t have one that for. I did not receive a check in code, I had to reach out and ask for it.

small but modern, clean and tidy. Checkin issues.

small but modern rooms in a new place, very close to the station. Downsides were that checkin app doesnt really work with hotels.com or expedia so I couldnt get in touch with them until I arrived. And the wifi signal is terrible, needs more bandwidth. But nice people, once you finally get a hold of them.

The previous negative reviews are all plausible. I booked at the last minute so curious to see how bad it was. I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window. But no power. But shower was hot. I knew I was going to be there for 10 hours tops so I lived with it. As expect, any calls for assistance remain unanswered. Yet yo see if I will be slugged a spurious 50 pound extra charge.

Room 10 to avoid

Pros first: The room was clean and had an amazing number of power outlets and lights. The folding desk was nice too. Shower worked well. Cons: The room feels unfinished, or at the minimum poorly designed. The biggest issue is that the bathroom contains a very loud extractor fan which can still clearly be heard when the door is closed. There is no way to turn off this fan and it is on 24 hours a day. Even worse, the fan is not beefy enough to do much in the way of ventilating the shower cubby/ room so the room quickly becomes damp. Sucks all around! Other issues: * pillows are garbage * no mirror above washbasin, instead it is near the door below a shelf? * The "automated" checkin system did not work at all and so had to do this process with a staff member who was helpful but talked in a barely audiable mumble.

人生で最も最悪な経験となった浴室でした。おもちゃのような小さな小さな給湯器が浴室の壁にかろうじて備え付けられており、シャワーの湯の温度調整が完全に不可能で、熱湯、冷水が繰り返し出てくるため、火傷をする寸前にシャワーを身体から離し、凍える寸前にシャワーを身体から離し、一瞬のぬるいぬるい湯と思われる瞬間にかろうじて一瞬のシャワーを浴びる可能性を見いだすという地獄のような浴室でした。通常の20倍くらいシャンプーリンスとボディケアに時間がかかり、身体は冷めきり、シャンプーもなんとか流すことができるという恐ろしいほど酷い浴室でした。偶数番号の部屋にこの給湯器がついているような説明メールの記憶があります。偶数番号を避けて泊まるべきですが、奇数部屋がさらに酷いのかましなのかはわかりません。夜21時までいるという男のスタッフも対応もホスピタリティが感じられず不親切でした。安宿でもここまでひどい浴室は人生で初めてです。部屋は綺麗ですが、シャワーを使用予定で、ホラーのような浴室体験をしたい人はお泊りください。 The most horrific experience in life to get a shower. Super hot water and super cold water from a tiny tiny water heater set on the wall run in turn very queickly. Management and balance of water temperature was totally impossible. To avoid skin burn and freeze body, I had to try to find a moment having a very little tepid water in a moment each. It took 20 times time to wash my hair and body. Finally, my body became freeze in the small shower room.Beside I was not sure if I could clean my hair and body finally. I was just very very tired to face the experience about the miserable shower setting. The even number room has the horrible water heater there, I guess if my memory was right. Be careful but enjoy if you would like to get my horrific experience. The room was clean. The staff was just to be there without any hospitality til 21:00. No help to feel at home as warm experience.

新しいタイプのホテルで気楽に利用できました。

ネット予約後ピンコードを受け取りそのコードを使ってメインのドア及び、部屋のドアが開閉可能となり、ホテルでのチェックイン・チャックアウトも必要なく気軽に利用できました。 一般のアパートを改造した様なホテルで食事などのサービスはありませんが、一人旅等で泊まるだけなら低価格で利用価値は大いにあると思います。

駅からのアクセスは良い。

駅から近く、駅からの道中も平坦だったので、トランクなどの輸送が楽でした。価格相応の広さでしたが、部屋にはUSBのコネクタがあり、通常の電源も比較的多くあり充電には便利でした。ただ、機能していないUSBコネクタがあったのは残念です。wifi環境は良好でした。駅前のスーパーがホテル側にあってアクセスしやすかった点もよかったです。

I made a mistake when booking and didn’t change dates so it booked for the next day and then I couldn’t move or cancel because of cancellation policy. However it was a mistake and I've tried to correct right away calling the Hotel immediately and many times after and nobody ever answered. Tried to send messages in hotel website and nobody ever replied. Tried to send message via hotels.com and it wasn’t even possible - error message. Hotels.com customer service tried to reach the hotel and couldn’t. This never happened to me before with other hotels and I am really disappointed.

Not the greatest rooms

Pictures were deceiving we were put into a renovation property so a lot of noise of works. Also no kettle tea or soft furnishing. Room was dark no ideal lighting and no hair dryer.
