「Firstly no bottled water in room was told that they could fill a container of water for us but we said that would be water from tap they said yes as we explained we don’t drink tap water. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start...

「Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

「Not bad as some reviews, middle aged gentleman was friendly and guided me to the other building. He even showed me how to get to the nearest local bus stop for the next morning (I didn't take it after all, though). £13 for taxi from Stansted airport and £11 for easy bus to the airport. Local bus, Harlow is also available with much cheaper fare as £3.5 it seems. However next time I would choose earlier flight and rush to the destination considering the time and cost for one night, it's not worth...

「The description of the property was very descriptive. We booked the master suite which turned out to be a bedroom with a shared bathroom. We were never shown the lounge or the dining room. The hosts were never around. There was no fire alarm in the kitchen. There were no procedures regarding fire etc. The place is very very tired and looked uncared for. We would definitely not recommend this property.」
