(Sant Jaume Street 338)Persons on the property:· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PMCarrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.- Option for key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. The apartment must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.· Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.· No smoking.- Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.- IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine.
