"The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey."

It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. We pointed out some issues and they were very helpful in fixing it immediately. I needed to do laundry and the lady was very kind and even hung it out for me as we went out...
