This hotel turned out to be very nice. The restaurant was good, a liitle crowded around buffet. Waiters very good. Thermal pool was good, except we saw a topless woman and we had to leave. I dont know if that is allowed.

It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.

We had a great time with family at Pam Hotel, so many options when it comes to food, salads, and sweets. Rooms were comfortable and the stuff were really friendly.

Great thermal pools on site. We had a lovely 2 nights here, wish we could have stayed for longer. Good nutritious food served at breakfast and dinner. Amazing value for the experience.

Pam thermal hotel

The hotel was just lovely. The staff are attentive and pleasant. The thermal springs are amazing. The beds so comfortable. The food plentiful and tasty. A special mention for Elif the dessert chef, her display was both a visual and taste sensation. Looking forward to coming again Insalkah.

We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast.

This is a very nice property, the hot springs pools are the main feature and they are great, though dated. The lounge chairs are fairly old and the hot and wet sauna could be updated. The rooms are lovely and clean. The food is very American, do not have lunch or dinner there. It is a tourist town so expect a carnival feel but the site of Hierapolis is beautiful and very close. The Pamukkale travertines are pretty, though they have become so destroyed that there is only one section worth seeing and even that is not as spectacular as expected. The town is very run down, though we did have the best Manti at one of the restaurants that we’ve had so far on this trip. Overall the hotel is a good option considering the condition of many of the others, but keep you expectations low for a 5 star hotel

Poor Service, No Spa, and Hot Water Issues

The overall experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and parking was a hassle—you’ll likely end up on the street since the dedicated spots are very limited. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the room. No action was taken, no offers or compensation were made, and it was only fixed the next day. The spa was by far the worst experience—don’t waste your money. It’s practically nonexistent. On the positive side, the food was decent with a good selection, and the thermal pools were nice. However, keep in mind there is no indoor pool—only an outdoor one. The indoor option is limited to thermal water. The room itself was okay but outdated. I left feedback with the staff, but their response was indifferent—just a simple “we’re sorry” with no effort to address concerns. Wouldn’t return.

Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better.
