Breakfast, dinner, thermal pools are all included in the price which I find to be great value for what I paid for! I highly recommend staying at Hierathermal Hotel if you’re coming to Pammukale.

Outdoor thermal pool is good. 5-10 drive to Pamukkale. Room dated . No light for the desk in the suite I stayed in. Dinner is buffet only 750 t like $20 but food is poor quality. Free breakfast but I would give food 2-3 stars only. Lots of tour groups so be warned.

Great Hotel!

Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We are a senior couple from US, and were traveling by car in Turkey. Hierapark Thermal & Spa was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool; very warm. Meals and bar were nice, also.

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

The hotel is family friendly, good with indoor and outdoor pools and these pools are open until 11pm (some pools are heated so we were able to enjoy outdoor heated pool.) We enjoyed heated pool so much that we returned again the morning. The food is ok. A lot of vegitable options but limited options for meat eaters.

Amazing new property, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast has so much variety. Live music and dance in the evening. Demet, Manager helped us beyond our expectations to deal with medical emergency. Highly recommend to stay.

The stay was nice. The structure was super clean. The hotel provide 2 outside pools and two inside, one thermal and the other normal. The only thing to improve is the breakfast, to messy and not tasty at all. But generally our stay was good.

It is not the cleanest hotel room I have stayed but the evening entertainment is the best! The bellydance as well as the live music by the local artists are the best! We booked individually but realized mostly it hosts tour groups, but it doesn't interfere with enjoying the facilities nor too crowded over breakfast and it helps with evening entertainment to have a big audience

Impressed by the thermal pools and swimming pool. They have Turkish bath, sauna which were free and self served. Of coz you can pay to have someone to serve you bath. Rooms a bit dated but so far clean. Balcony looked at the view were stunning! Near to pammukele site and some restaurants nearby which were tasty.

Too bad and too expensive for 4star hotel

The hotel is overpriced, and it's not about 4 stars, it's 3+ max. That's because of service and restaurant. They can leave dirty dishes in the corridor for 24 hours easily, even if the staff goes by. No shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner :) The food is average, no still water on the breakfast...
