Not a good experience for the stay

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming. However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one. Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too. Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.

An average hotel overall

The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.

Front desk woman was a little overly inquisitive and made us a little uncomfortable with all her questions. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hamam! Great staff, amazing experience. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed

We had booked a garden view room (paid extra for it) and didn't choose the poolside room because it could be noisy. However, the receptionist said they'd upgraded our room and gave us the poolside room, even though I'd specified. The room was outdated, it sufficients big renos. The air conditioning didn't cool well, and the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom was poor quality, and the towels weren't clean enough. They are 5 star but definitely It's NOT, at most a 3-star hotel. We won't be choosing this place again.

An old hotel, which needs proper renovation to keep it competitive. The reception staff was friendly but the dinning service was poor. The quality of food was below par. The cooling system was not working pripoerly specially the dinning hall was terrible.

Waste of Money

The hotel definitely is not four star. It is a basic hotel. The WiFi was not working and the excuse was the signal. But it was a lie. The room was ok but the carpet of the hall was not. It was overpriced. There are plenty of nice hotels in its neighbour hood cheaper and better.

Hotel is run- down. It’s set up for large tour groups some of which were loud, shouting in the hallways, some loud giggly girls, and a policy of loud music in the central patio/pool area until 11:30pm every night. We could not sleep because of this, and had to insist the next day that they move us to a room on the other side, away from the pool area. Then things were better. The pool is not very clean but it is huge and nice for lapswimming. Breakfast was good. room needs updating, furniture tattered, as are the bathrobes.
