"Outstanding service and friendliness from the guy at reception, couldn't be more helpful about helping us, giving directions, etc. First impression of the reception area was modern and slick, however the rooms were quite dated, as was the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent - wide variety of food and spacious seating. Room was fine, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. As a side note, we travelled as two women and the surrounding area felt a little uncomfortable after dark, but was probably okay. Otherwise, location was great as it was right next to the bus station, perfect for visiting Pamukkale."

"Our overnight stay at White Heaven was so good. Ali was an amazing host, Nothing was too much trouble. We were given a lift to the South entrance of Hieropolis, which made it so much easier to just walk down the hill back to hotel. The breakfast was traditional Turkish with so much to offer and the room was extra large, with so much room and sitting area as well. I highly recommend if visiting Pamukkale."

"The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey."

"This is your basic room with no frills. Our room had the view on the mountains which was amazing. The host and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very few options. Real coffee (instead of instant) would have been better. The water is very hard which makes your skin very dry and for the soap to sudd. The tv remote did not work well and sound could not be controlled."
