The staff were amazing! They were very accommodating to our needs during our short stay. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that changed our full experience was the climate in the rooms. The AC did not work and the windows were inoperable, which made the room so humid and hot. They provide a fan, but it does not help circulate the air. It was so uncomfortable to sleep at night and get ready in the morning.

Daily included housekeeping was never followed through, which was hugely disappointing when you’re a family of five. It’s always nice to come back to a clean room after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk was very friendly, though.
