"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"Well maintained and clean hotel c.a. 10 mins walk away from Seoul station. We're allowed to check-in early and staff was generally quite attentive during our stay. Also, it is located near Gwangjang Market, if you go to shopping area at dongdamen, you still need to walk by 15 mins. Room is basic, little bit dated but...
