We have always taken cleanliness very seriously, as you can see in our reviews, and in these times, we take extra precautions. We follow the CDC's recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting after each stay.

This tastefully decorated, spacious three-bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.

Three bedrooms with One Queen bed in each bedroom, a living room, covered balcony with grill, dining room and kitchen. The house consists of a double, two different apartments with separate entrance, however, if you are inclined to use the washers and dryers all the way in the basement that is shared. If you are a larger group, the whole house is available as one listing, you would then have two apartments under the same roof at your disposal. This listing is for the apartment on the first floor.

We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy on bad backs… good neighborhood and would definitely recommend! The host was also very accommodating and communicative!

What a wonderful find. The accommodation were outstanding and easy access to get around Buffalo. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. The unit itself is beautiful and keep with theme and history of the home. Plan to stay there again.

This property was very unique, we really loved our stay. It was just like if you’re in your own house having a great time resting. The only issue is the second floor neighbor he walks all night long and doesn’t let you rest. Very noisy both days of our stay until 3 am.

Very gorgeous place

This place is so nice!!! Very big and on the first floor. It came with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Nice kitchen and nice big TV in living room. I was very impressed with the stay The host was very accommodating and always reachedd back quickly if I needed something. So welcoming. Perfect stay for me and hope to be back

Niagara Home Base

I asked for an additional bed and they set it up perfectly. Older home with older plumbing but wonderful features and vintage touches (tile in bath is classic!) perfect for visiting the falls. We did not find the restaurant experience to be easy, many places shut down or closed for the season. The house was fine, even with one bathroom for four of us. Art and amenities exceptional especially all the healthy (real) plants and a gorgeous flower arrangement. The hosts were responsive, helpful and gracious.

Great Place to Stay

The apartment was perfect for us and had everything that we needed. Plenty of space and very easy check in process. The host and co-host clearly communicated the process and even followed up with us to see if we needed anything. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Buffalo area.

Nice house

We stayed here while in town visiting our son at college. Cute house we loved the styling the full tiled bathroom (ceiling to floor) was retro and cool. Place heats up quick, lots of places for people to hang out and relax. All the furniture and bedding were comfortable. I didn’t really see much in walking distance but that doesn’t mean something wasn’t close. It is close to highway and downtown buffalo. Nice safe area. Owner was great. Thank you.

Girls getaway

Stayed here for a girls weekend. There were 6 of us with plenty of room for all of us. Two bathrooms were great too! The house was very clean & comfortable. Perfect location to Allentown & Elmwood Village. Nice big front porch to sit on. Brita was very easy to get ahold of & answer any questions. Good time was had by all!

Easy, comfortable place in Buffalo

Our stay was great. Arrival and check in was seamless due to Brita’s excellent communication. The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodated our family of five perfectly. Brita even rolled out an extra bed for us, although 3 queens ended up being sufficient. Ours was a very short stay but this property served its purpose for us!
