Heart of BV - River & Mountain Condo - location, location, location!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable 2BR/1BA ground floor, end-unit condo, with mountain views. Walk to everything!

Centrally-located within 2 blocks of the Arkansas River, the whitewater park, hiking/biking trails, and downtown shopping and dining on Main St. & South Main!

The kitchen is full-sized, fully equipped and well-stocked with a wide variety of cooking ware and utensils, including spices and oil. Coffee and teas are also provided!

The living room has two comfortable reclining sofas (seats 5) with a lift-top coffee table, ideal for relaxing and watching your favorites shows/movies on a 65” TV with a Vizio sound-bar. Roku device includes all streaming apps, most of which are logged into owner’s accounts — YouTube TV (live TV / cable), Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Other apps are available to be logged in under personal accounts.

The king and queen-sized bedrooms have Serta Beauty Rest pillow-top mattresses and blackout curtains, with sound machines provided in each bedroom, to ensure a peaceful night sleep. A pack ‘n play, high chair and bookshelf stocked with fun board games, card games, books, and puzzles are all stored in the king-sized bedroom.

The dining area has a table for 6. There is also a dedicated work space (desk/chair). The bathroom is a full bath, fully stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer, with iron and ironing board, and extra towels for the hot springs.

The outdoor patio has a small gas grill (propane provided) and table with chairs. Enjoy with breathtaking views of Mt. Princeton (one of twelve 14,000 feet mountains in Chaffee County) with your morning coffee or beverage of choice!

2 cruiser bikes are included (with helmets and bike pump) and are locked on bike rack on side of condo.

Other things to note:
Please note this is a first floor unit, so you may on occasion hear footsteps, if there are any guests in the condo above. Sound machines are provided in each of the bedrooms to help with a peaceful night’s sleep.

Please gather towels and start the wash (just towels) on quick wash cycle. The laundry detergent pods are on top shelf above the washer.
Please also load dirty dishes and start the dishwasher (on 1 hour cycle setting). The detergent pods are under the kitchen sink.
Lastly, please take out the trash and any recycling. The dumpsters are on the other side of the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo! Situated between the South Main & East Main areas of BV, it is walkable to everything. Clean and well stocked too. I would highly recommend.

Great Spot in BV!

My partner and I were here for a short extended weekend trip, but I could definitely see being here for longer. The unit itself is well stocked with everything you could want - from all the kitchen essentials to sound machines by the bed. The location is prime too. It’s within walking distance of river access, hiking trails, and even downtown BV. Such a great spot!

Quiet and comfortable

Lovely, well-stocked condo in the heart of BV. We walked everywhere; it’s a couple blocks from shopping and restaurants, and another few blocks to a dog park and the river. Would stay again!

Love BV

Great location within walking distance to hiking trails, food and brewery options. We were in town for a concert at the Ivy Ballroom and were within walking distance to that as well. Great place in a great location within town.

Great stay in Buena Vista

We enjoyed our stay at Kelley’s place in Buena Vista. The property was just as described; neat, clean, well stocked, and walking distance to many places in town. This condo was perfect for our stay in Buena Vista while hiking for the week. We loved it so much we actually wished we had reserved it for an additional day instead of going to Estes Park! The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and had everything we needed, the centralized location made it easy for us to walk almost anywhere we wanted to for meals, shopping or sightseeing around town And the host gave us tons of great info on dining, hikes, and hot springs nearby. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to visit again!

Great Weekend Getaway

My family and I had a great time at Kelley's place. It is located in the perfect spot. Walking distance to trails and restaurants! Her place has a modern welcoming feel and is clean. The kitchen as all the things needed for cooking and is tidy. The beds are comfortable and soft sheets. Check-in and out was a breeze and Kelley is very responsive. I would recommend Kelley's place and hope to visit again!Christi Johnson

This condo had more things in the kitchen for use than any other property I've stayed out. It was wonderful. Perfect place to stay. Clean, eveything you need, safe, and great location. We stayed here to ski at Cooper. Only 45 min away and much more affordable than Leadville was. Will come back for sure.

Perfect!

My daughter and I stayed here and it was just the perfect place. It was within walking distance of hiking, shopping and pickleball/tennis courts which were our main interests. The owner is very responsive and the communication was super! The place is very comfortable, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again if I get the chance.

Nice New Condo

The place was ideal for a 2 night stay; it was clean, kitchen well stocked (utensils and spices), and brand new appliances. Only negative is the shower bar is too low and my buddy whacked his head the first time he used the shower.

Pleasant Stay at Buena Vista Condo

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this condo in Buena Vista. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a family of four. One of our family members has dietary restrictions, so we prefer to cook meals while traveling rather than eating out. The kitchen was nice and the condo was well equipped for meal preparation.The condo location is within a short walk of the shops and restaurants in downtown Buena Vista. The neighbors in the condo next door were a bit loud at times and left several bags of trash out in front of their front door. The radiant heat in our condo was also hot overnight--we tried leaving it around 60 degrees, but it was still pretty warm.Overall, our stay was a good experience, we just recommend turning down the heat in the winter to keep it from getting too hot overnight.
