「フロントの方はとても感じが良かった。部屋は掃除が行き届いて清潔感があった。しかし、部屋の電気が2箇所つかなかった事と遮光カーテンだけしかなかったので、カーテンを閉めると部屋は暗くなり、カーテンを開けると部屋が丸見えの状態になるので、それが残念だった。」

「To begin with- the final room was ok, very small but livable, missing toilet paper, and 80 precent clean- Good for the price. the first room was filthy; not cleaned since last visitor, so they switched me, the key was working on and off, drink machine - you better have dollar bills- not updated, however, for the price, it is very much makes sense. The good thing is you have Tim Hortons Taco Bell McDonald’s, Burger King chipotle and others right near by. So my overall experience, I would say...

「Parking was right next to the room. The parking lot was well lit. The room was super clean & the beds were comfortable. Check in was very easy. I would definitely stay again & recommend. 」

「The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. 」

「The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.」

「Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off.」

「Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.」

「The Dartmouth House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and cozy along with the common areas. The bed was ultra comfy and breakfast was included too. Milena and Gary were fantastic, they made you feel right at home. We stood in the Honeye room on the 3rd floor. This room includes off street parking which is a plus in this neighborhood.
