"Loved the old building feel with great style and a comfortable room. Had a great dinner in a bar that really fits the building. Nice location close to an active Main Street with lots of outside dining options too. Will definitely return when my travels bring me through Rochester. "

"We called the day prior inquiring about an early check in. Ryan said it was booked solid and they can't guarantee early check ins, but he would keep his fingers crossed and think positive thoughts for it to happen. We got in at noon and Ryan's positive vibes worked and he was so wonderful and got us an outstanding room! Thursday night, I couldn't get my laptop to connect to the hotel WiFi but the bartender that night saved me and got it done! This was my 2nd stay in as many months and looking forward to our next visit!."

"This is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were late arrivals Desk person a bit of a motor mouth but we got in ok. "

"The pool was clean which was very important to us. The rest of the hotel was well maintained and in good order. Always smelled clean and fresh. The staff did not let us know anything when we checked in. We had to figure out the hotel on our own and go searching for hours on certain amenities. The room was clean, the curtain was broken so the light came in while we were trying to sleep. The pillows were way too soft, we woke up a little sore from the lack of support"
