「We stayed in a studio suite and the room was brilliant, literally had everything you need in the kitchenette. Clever TV unit for watching in bed or from the sofas. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Happily stay again.」
「The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway
They also have an elevator, which is another bonus 」
「The whole atmosphere was wonderful. The rooms were lovely and the most comfortable bed and nights sleep. Breakfast was nice, I highly recommend The Toby Royal!」
「Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door.」
「Excellent hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooms as described, spacious clean with a lovely designed ensuite . Biggest plus was the swimming pool with sauna, whirlpool etc , very clean and large.
Overall a great stay and we will definitely return in the future.」

Reception were a bit regimented with check in and checkout times ...which is what youd expect from a travelodge ..this was disappointing. You can pay to check in early ...but i just want my room.if its ready ..not to be just sat waiting til 3pm... If its not ready until 3pm fine but if it was ready at 12?? Why make people...
「We had a nice 2-night stay here. The price was very reasonable and included a light breakfast which was great. It's a friendly hotel complete with a resident peacock and lovely views. Good value for money.」
