「Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!」

「Superb accommodation, very clean and modern just minutes from Bristol Airport yet really quiet. Great stay」

「Room was spacious, but despite the heating there was a draft coming from the window. Bed comfortable, I had to ask for towels as initially they were missing. No TV in the room & internet was sketchy. A bit old fashioned as it was in an old pub, so you need to switch buttons on the wall before going for shower. Do not get put off by building appearance, the pub is working from 4pm & there are pool tables as well. Bus stop just outside property. 」

「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「Excellent customer service. Front desk reception is welcoming and AMAZING! Beautiful breakfast too. Sadly, ... 1. Room was not properly cleaned. Dog's fur on carpet. My daughter was sneezing uncomfortably due to allergic reaction. 2. There was no shower cream. Thankfully, we brought something to use. 3.Shower was leaking.」
