「I was satisfied about location, hospitality and breakfast, but saytime noisy sound outside annoyed me a little bit.」

「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」

「This is a really great hotel and excellent value too. My room had a balcony overlooking the marina and the staff were all very welcoming and highly professional. I particularly like the decor in this place - even the corridors are cool. I've stayed in a few Malmaison places and they always give each location a particular character making each one a memorable experience. I checked in quite late and only just made last orders in the restaurant (by a few minutes) but no one tried to hurry me up...

「Generally a good property, excellent location, great shower and kitchen. We had the unfortunate timing of being there during the on the Beach music festival which was directly across from the flat and as you can imagine the music was quite loud. Beware the washing machine as it is riddled with black mold and mildew rendering it unusable.」
