"We’ve been here a number of times over the years. The staff are always lovely here. Breakfast is fantastic. Dogs made to feel very welcome. It’s an old building so not perfect but thats a part of the charm. "

"One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Water should be provided at the least to the guests I feel. Otherwise the rest of the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. "
