Excellent staff service, genuinely friendly and well trained. Great location with near by shopping and terrific restaurants. Will definitely be back and highly recommended. "

"The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. The restaurant was great with good service and meal options. The staff were so attentive and looked after us well. Small criticism was the room had a few stains on cupboards and floors, and the shower hose had a small hole which leaked onto the floor when showering. Overall a good experience and would recommend."
