We enjoyed this hotel. It had a great location close to the train station and lots of shopping. It's a bit of a journey getting to downtown Tokyo, but we knew that when we booked it. We were visiting people and places close by, and the hotel worked out great for us.

最寄り駅から近く、周辺にお店がたくさんあるので色々と便利。ホテルへのアクセス方法が分かりやすく案内してくれているので迷わなかった。朝食はお正月という事もあってお雑煮やおせち料理が食べられて良かった。

子供の受験でお世話になりました。チェックインの際に後ろにいた子供に気がついていただき、「受験のために利用してくださいましたか？」と声がていただき、受験生応援グッズをいただきました。子供が嬉しそうに、次の日の朝、いただいた合格マスクをつけ、出かけました。お心遣い、ありがとうございます。緊張感の中、ホッとさせていただきました。

客室はとても清潔で、居心地良く過ごせました。客室へのエレベーターにカードキーをかざさないと行き先階を押せないようになっていて、セキュリティも高い。ひとつだけ、部屋の冷蔵庫の設定温度が低いのか、飲み物が半分凍りました。
